Institutional Legitimacy
Our organization is honored to be associated with His Royal Highness Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II (private name: Mr. Ofosuhene Dacosta), the officially recognized Chief of Sefwi Obeng-Mim within the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area, Western North Region, Republic of Ghana.
According to an official confirmation issued by the Ministry of Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs of the Republic of Ghana (Reference: NSGS.383, dated 7 March 2024), H.R.H. Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II is legally recognized as a Divisional Chief under the Chieftaincy Institution of Ghana. In accordance with the Chieftaincy Act of Ghana, he is authorized by the Paramount Chief of the Sefwi Wiawso Traditional Area to confer traditional and customary honors and to promote community development within his jurisdiction.
The National House of Chiefs has also recorded his enstoolment in the National Register of Chiefs, recognizing him as the lawful occupant of the Stool of Sefwi Obeng-Mim.
